And then there were three:

Sleeping sacks for Amy!

And thats enough for this winter, I think. They were really easy to make. I just cut out the general shape (no pattern used), pillowcased the outside and lining together and then turned it out then sewed up the seams (so they turned out like french seams) and did a bit of top-stitching. It really was quite simple.

And some, mmmm, afternoon baking. Banana muffins. I find that the bananas I buy always go over ripe so quickly! Here is the recipe:

  • 3 bananas

  • 2 1/2 cups self raising flour

  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 cup of mik

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine/butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Combine milk, egg, butter, vanilla and bananas and blend together. Place flour and sugar into milk mix. Mix well. Poor into greased muffin tray. Bake for 20 mins in fan forced 180’C oven. Makes 12 large muffins. So yum!

And I had one of these moments when I went to Woolworths.

That’s right. We have progressed. How do I feel? A little sad actually. I have loved having a baby in the house. Especially one that sleeps so well! LOL! 😉

And here is the big girl herself. 6 months. Half a year. Already!

Not a great 6 months pic, I will try and get another one, but she has been so grumpy lately! At least she sleeps well, I guess.

Thanks for stopping by! 😀
