Day to Day: Funday Sunday

Happy New Year to anyone and everyone who happens to drop by! It’s kind of weird typing ’10’ but I am sure I will get used to it in no time.

Between Steve and the kids, I haven’t had much of a chance to use the computer in the last 2 weeks. I had to tell the kids that I *had* to use the computer and they can wait until I have finished. There will be a fight on my hands when it becomes free. Sigh.

Yesterday we spent the day here:

We went on a ferry ride around the harbour.

Followed by a walk to this place:

Don’t recognise it? Maybe this will help:

Then we walked around to this place:

The Museum of Contemporary Art. Although we didn’t stay long because well, we just didn’t “get” it. You know?

Then of course a trip to Hobbyco in the QVB. Toy bliss.

And you know, it didn’t cost us much. Let me tell you a secret, Sydneysiders, you can buy a Family Funday Sunday ticket that gives you unlimited train, bus and ferry rides for only $2.50 per person. I know. Awesome. Click here to go to the link on the CityRail website.
